CITY OF EAST HELENA - NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT FOR 119 SOUTH LANE AVENUE
EAST HELENA (Zoning) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
The Public Hearing will be held on February 6, 2018 at 7PM in Room 110 at City Hall, 306 East Main St. in East Helena to hear the public.
Pursuant to the City of East Helena Zoning Ordinance the City of East Helena will receive public comment on a Conditional Use Permit application for a casino and sales of alcohol for on premise consumption. The application proposes to change the use of an existing commercial building to allow a casino and the sale of alcohol for on premise consumption on an existing commercial lot. The property is described as Lot 1A and 2A, Block 5, Casey Addition, C.O.S. #604606/B, East Helena, Montana and the physical address is 119 South Lane Avenue. The applicant is DRAE’S, Inc.
